Teen Summer Reading Art Contest 2011 - Winner Announced!

The winner of the 2011 Teen Summer Reading Program Art Contest has been announced! Congratulations to Grace Chu for her fantastic design, which incorporates the "You Are Here" theme using a map of Washington County and license plates displaying popular teen reads!
