I just wanted to take a quick moment to congratulate local teens who participate in the Anime Club! They were able to raise a total of $536.25 for disaster relief in Japan during their fundraiser in September. The crew gave up their weekend and braved the chill for the cause to sit outside the library all day on a Saturday and Sunday to sell crafts and donated items to library visitors. Impressively, everything was organized by the clubbers themselves! Go Otaku!
