There were many great entries in the Washington County Teen Summer Reading Art contest this year, including honorable mention work by Southridge High student Isabelle Cho. The winner for 2012 is Elina Gouw, an 8th grader at Stoller Middle School. Her design (right) will be the logo for Teen Summer Reading in Washington County this year. Teen Summer Reading Art Contest winner announced
