This project from the National WWII Museum documents high school yearbooks 1941-1945 from all over the U.S. It looks like it could be a fun way to teach WWII home front history through primary sources. The Theodore Roosevelt High School (Portland) 1944-45 yearbook is available for viewing. You could easily fall into an Internet hole and spend hours browsing through these!
