The Raving Dove of Hope Award is a non-fiction essay competition about the importance of nondiscrimination. Oregon high schoolers are invited to submit an original essay of their own creation (totalling no more than 800 words) on this topic. All high school students are eligible to submit, not just the upperclassmen! The grand prize includes $800.
