Pretend that a middle school or high school student in your life happened to forget a textbook at school, and for whatever reason, picking that textbook up after hours isn't an option. Not that any of our students would forget a book... but just say that someone did. :) Hypothetically.
Using information from some wonderful contacts at the Beaverton School District, Ian was able to track down copies of many* of the science and math textbooks in use at local BSD middle schools and high schools. These textbooks have been added to our Young Adult Reference collection. While they can't be checked out, they are definitely on the shelf for teens to use in the library. As an added bonus, that YA Reference collection hangs out right next to where our Homework Help program happens. Homework helpers + the textbook you need to finish your homework = a match made in heaven!
